1. Who can rent equipment?
Any adult citizen can rent equipment by providing a valid document: passport, DNI, NIE, etc., and concluding the necessary Rental Agreement.
2. Is a deposit required for rental?
Yes, a deposit is required. The deposit is made by blocking the required deposit amount on the Renter's card or in cash and is returned immediately after the end of the rental period and the return of the rented device.
3. Can I book for the date I need?
Yes, it is possible. But no more than one week before the rental date.
4. How is the rental time calculated?
For hourly rentals, the rental time is calculated from the moment the contract is concluded and the device is issued, and ends when the period of your paid rental expires.
For daily rentals, the rental time is calculated from the moment the contract is concluded and the device is issued. For example, if you rent for three days on Monday at 4 p.m., you must return it by Thursday no later than 4 p.m.
5. How do I extend the rental time?
You can extend the rental period of the item. Inform the rental staff about this. You can make the surcharge in cash or by card at the rental address (payment details will be provided by the administrator).
6. How do I return the equipment from rental?
Upon expiration of the rental period, the rental item is returned by the Renter in the condition in which he received it, taking into account normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear means minor changes (minor scratches, abrasions, etc.) without significant deterioration of the appearance. If the rental item is returned in a defective condition that arose during operation by the Renter, and compensation for damage is made in the following order:
- In case of damage to the appearance (tears, cracks, fractures, etc.) without loss of operational properties, the Renter pays a fine of 30% of the estimated value;
- In case of damage to the rental item with loss of operational properties, which can be eliminated by repair, the Renter is obliged to repair it at his own expense, paying for the time spent in the workshop according to the current price list as for using the rental item;
- If the rental item is rendered completely unusable, the Renter compensates for the damage as for non-return of the item. In this case, the damaged rental item becomes the property of the Renter;
- When returning a rental item incomplete, the Renter is obliged to complete it at his own expense. If completing the rental item is impossible, the Renter compensates for the damage as for an item rendered completely unusable.
- If the client/Renter refuses to compensate for the damage caused, the rental administrators reserve the right to contact law enforcement agencies and, in the future, not to provide rental or maintenance services to this Renter.
7. What is the cost of rental services on rent.nispero.org?

We offer convenient courier delivery of your rented equipment along the Costa Blanca coast: from Villajoyosa to Calpe (Benidorm, Finestrat, Albir, Altea, etc.)
9. What delivery methods do you offer?
- Delivery is carried out by our Courier to the address specified by you, or you can pick up the devices yourself at our rental points in Benidorm and Albir.

12. Do I need to register to place an order?
No, registration is not required. You can place an order as a guest, however, registered users gain access to order history and exclusive offers.
13. How do I change or cancel an order?
To change or cancel an order, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
